NORRADS' work spans five connected pillars. Each one is grounded in research, shaped by community priorities, and delivered in partnership with the people who live the outcome.

Sustainable Agriculture
Smallholder farms feed the North Rift. We help them feed it better, and for longer. Our agriculture work promotes climate-smart practices, improved seed and inputs, soil and water stewardship, and market linkages that turn harvest into household income.

Youth & Women Inclusion
Young people and women drive the day-to-day economy of our communities, but too often without the tools, capital or platforms to thrive. We open those doors through skills training, innovation hubs, mentorship, enterprise support and inclusive decision-making.

Evidence-Based Solutions
