We are NORRADS.
NORRADS, or North Rift Research and Development Solutions, is a Community Based Organization registered in the Republic of Kenya (registered 22 May 2015). We work primarily in Elgeyo Marakwet County and across the wider North Rift, partnering with smallholder farmers, women, youth and local institutions to translate research into action that improves lives.

What we do
- Undertake research and use the findings to design development solutions.
- Mobilize funds and award small grants to community groups.
- Train individuals and community groups in skills they need most.
- Deliver services, including humanitarian assistance.
- Intervene in climate change adaptation and natural resource management.

Our home base is Elgeyo Marakwet County. Our reach extends across the North Rift, wherever evidence and partnership can move livelihoods forward.
